CRICKET McGEE

Who is this Cricket McGee?

Where did she come from?

Why is she flying...

Wait! She can fly?

"Cricket McGee is not an ordinary witch. She can fly on a broom, but not very well. She often crashes into trees, birds, and sometimes even airplanes. She needs glasses but won't wear them. She is my friend when others are not. She doesn't care that I'm a nerd, a loner, or a human. She is clumsy, but she is also forgiving. She is also very kind. She always apologizes when she breaks something or spills something or sets something on fire. She is forgiving, too. She never gets mad at me when I mess up her spells or laugh at her mishaps. Her spells often go wrong and we have to fix them. Like the time she turned my cat into a cactus, or the time she made it rain chocolate pudding in my bedroom. Then there's the time she tried to turn a frog into a prince and ended up with a prince with a frog-head that croaked before kissing her. It was slimy and hard to watch. Then there's the time she tried to make herself invisible and only her clothes disappeared.  That was very embarrassing. Yet, we always have fun together, and I wouldn't trade her for anything."
